MUSU is the creation of two of Manchester’s most experienced hospitality specialists.

With over 15 years’ experience in the city’s bar, restaurant and nightclub scenes, Vincent Braine and Marius Kamara’s credits include venues such as Suede, The Milton Club and Dive Bar & Grill. MUSU has been a 4 year journey from inception to fruition, the pair have left no stone un-turned or detail out in their pursuit in delivering the ultimate fine dining experience open to all.

Chef Patron Michael Shaw, whose illustrious career highlights have taken him from Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Gordon Ramsay’s Aubergine to Richard Neat’s eponymous restaurant in Cannes, has spent the last 18 months honing his passion for Japanese cuisine, with all the precision, skill and flavours that entails. The result is an exquisite tasting menu concept designed to deliver a multi-sensory dining experience.
