MUSU is the creation of two of Manchester’s most experienced hospitality specialists alongside Chef Patron Mike Shaw and a highly dedicated and ambitious team.

Chef Patron Michael Shaw, whose illustrious career highlights have taken him from Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Gordon Ramsay’s Aubergine to Richard Neat’s eponymous restaurant in Cannes, has now honed his passion for Japanese cuisine, with all the precision, skill and flavours that entails. The result is an exquisite taste of Contemporary Japanese.
