Our contemporary interpretation of Japanese dishes, with refinement as well as invention. We are incorporating the highest level of Japanese Ingredients, flavours and techniques with European influences.
We have a choice of tasting menus at Musu:
‘Kaiseki’: Meaning set menu, is a seasonal 7 or 11 course menu curated by Chef Patron Mike Shaw
‘Omakase’: Meaning ‘chef’s choice, where you will sit at our dedicated Omakase counter being served by your own personal sushi chef.
‘Subayai’: Meaning ‘Quick’ is our express lunch menu
‘Sentaku’: Meaning ‘to choose’, Sentaku allows our guests to choose there own tasting menu journey. This allows the guest to tailor their experience to their own personal taste. Your choice of dishes will be served to you in an individual dish by dish, course by course basis
Izakaya menu: Our late night menu served till 1am Thursday to Saturday
