Our dishes are crafted to provide an engaging and unique experience, combining both Japanese and European influences to create something truly special. We are incorporating the highest level of Japanese ingredients, flavours and techniques, to ensure that each and every dish is of the highest quality.

Kaiseki Tasting Menu: Meaning set menu, is a seasonal 7 or 11 course menu curated by Chef Patron Mike Shaw
Omakase Menu: Omakase Meaning ‘chef’s choice, where you will sit at our dedicated Chef’s table being served by your own personal sushi chef.
Subayai Express Lunch: Subayai Meaning ‘Quick’ is our express lunch set menu.
Sentaku ‘A la carte choice’: Sentaku Meaning ‘to choose’, Sentaku allows our guests to choose their own tasting menu journey. This allows the guest to tailor their experience to their own personal taste. Your choice of dishes will be served to you in an individual dish by dish, course by course basis.
Due to the high presence of soy in Japanese cuisine, unfortunately we cannot offer a Gluten Free menu. There are a few suitable dishes on our menus however these are extremely limited.
