Prior to settling in for dinner, our Head Sommelier, Ivan, will guide you through a captivating Wine & Sake presentation. Dive deep into the fascinating world of these beverages, unravel their history, their making, and their significance in Japanese culture. Whether you’re a novice or a connoisseur, this presentation promises insights and delights for all.
What’s on the Menu?
The evening comprises a 6-course menu crafted by Chef Patron, Mike Shaw. From delicate textures to robust flavours, each dish has been designed to pay homage to the rich culinary heritage of Japan.
Each course will be paired with meticulously selected wines and sakes. Our Head Sommelier, Ivan, with his unmatched expertise, has curated a selection that promises to be both harmonious and exhilarating with every sip.

Tickets are priced at £110 which include a welcome drink, canapés, a 6-course meal with wine & sake pairings. We’d like to emphasise that seats are very limited, ensuring an intimate and exclusive experience for our attendees. We recommend booking your spot at the earliest to avoid disappointment.
